Comment... Well, what do I get to be gone for two months, but phone calls upon phone calls...
I suppose it can't be helped. Competency seems to be a rare trait in this city.
If you need something done, you call the person you know will get it done and done right... Makes sense, doesn't it?
To be honest, it just makes me want to get my phone turned off.
What's with all this trial stuff. I'd say most of the proceedings can be boring, part of the reason why I sat in front of the Tube on the night of the last meeting. But the underlieing question is... WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?
Why are you morons running around drawing attention to yourselves and to the rest of us? Do you have a death wish?
Go play in the yard at noon.
I have heard much about the meetings that I have missed:
I heard about the last evening that Merrich showed up...
I will sorely miss Father Dominic. He was one of the few decent people in this city.
Let it be known, that justice will be served. My own personal vow to Father Dominic. I will not allow his death to go unpunished, even if the rest of the city does not lift a finger.
Devon... be nice to the Giovanni when you meet them, they might not rip you apart too badly.
Sydney.. good luck
Fritz.. I will miss you. With all our political differences, you still gave good hug.
Harold... don't forget me...
"There will be time, there will be time
To prepare a face to meet the faces that you meet
There will be time to murder and create,
And time for all the works and days of hands
That lift and drop a question on your plate
Time for you and time for me,
And time yet for a hundred indecisions,
And for a hundred visions and revisions
Before the taking of a toast and tea."
